After reciting a short incantation, you create waves that push back nearby enemies, dealing DMG equal to 73+39% ATK+3.5% of Max HP and leaving behind a Tidal Field. Tidal Field gives allies within its range one stack of Tidal Strength, which increases CRIT Rate by 10%. For each ally in Tidal Field, an additional stack of Tidal Strength is granted, up to 3 stacks.
