Photo Studio

From Love and Deepspace Wiki

Photo Studio is a Date feature unlocked after completing Main Story 1-9 where players can take screenshots of their character and/or one of the Companions. There are currently two types of photos a player can take:

  • Wink Snapshot
  • AR Snapshot

Wink Snapshot[edit | edit source]

In Wink Snapshot, the player first selects the background and mode for four photos. On the screen after, the player can change outfits and accessories for both their character and their Companion. Once ready, the player then proceeds to the photoshoot.

During the photoshoot, the player has a 10 second countdown before the photo is taken. In this time, they can manually select their pose or choose a random pose. If a Companion is in the photo, a player has the option to let the Companion decide their own pose.

Once the photoshoot is done, players will then have the option to edit them by zooming in/out, rotating, moving, or repositioning the picture. They can also decorate the image with frames, stickers, text boxes, filters or templates. Once finished, a player has the option to save their picture to the Cloud where they can access their photos across devices. Some photos may trigger the Companion to post a Moment Posts.

These photos can also be used to be set as an Avatar photo up to 3 times per day.

Modes[edit | edit source]

There are three modes to choose from:

  • Duo - A picture with the player's character and Companion
  • Him - A picture with only the Companion
  • Me - A picture with only the player's character

AR Snapshot[edit | edit source]

AR Snapshot utilizes the player's actual surroundings to influence the photos taken, such as real life backgrounds. Players must allow camera to be used in order for this feature to work. This mode also includes Styling, Pose and Backgrounds (with the addition of Live Mode background). AR Snapshot also introduces changing whether he is in front or behind the player in the photo, Lighting and Glam Up.

  • Lighting - Can change between several lighting colors, direction and intensity. Real-Time Lighting can also be used.
  • Glam Up

Players also have the option of enabling/disabling Static Mode, which will make the images more smooth but stops animation. In addition, real-time lighting cannot be used in static mode.
